FINDING PURPOSE
THROUGH LOSS
My name is Marion Y. Johnson, and for over 30 years, I've walked alongside Black professional women of faith like you. We've journeyed through the many phases of loss and life transitions and emerged stronger, together.
My own path has been marked by the loss of loved ones, including my father and sister. (You'll often see me in purple, a constant reminder of my sister's favorite color and the legacy she left behind.) These experiences forced me to confront the stages of grief, that feeling of simply going through the motions or being on autopilot,
But during this time, a powerful truth ignited within me: healing isn't about erasing pain. It's about accepting and acknowledging it, feeling your emotions, and finding the strength to move forward with faith and redefintion.
You don't have to navigate this path alone.
That's why I created the Redefine Me Movement and Redefine Your Healing Intiative, a safe haven for Black professional women of faith. Here, you'll find a supportive community and a holistic approach to healing that goes beyond just words. We'll explore journaling, self-care practices, and even integrate faith-based practices to find what works best for you.
As a certified coach and author, I've poured my experience into resources and guided over 60 women through retreats, support groups, and workshops, with all of them finding their new normal after loss and experiencing a NOTABLE transformation to further their lives' mission & purpose.
